More showers of blessings... Thank God!

Dear Confidant,

Yesterday and today, God had bless me again!~ I began the day yesterday with a course. The course title is "Sharpening Your People Skills". My personal reason for signing up and paying money to attend the course is I believed I need it. "In what way?", you asked.

I seemed to be always offending people some way some how without knowing unless someone feedback to me. And by the time of the feedback, it is often too late. The hurt is done and is tough to reverse.
I am a sensitive being full of emotions. I am easily prone to deep sadness when faced with relationship or communication problems. I would cry over a negative yet constructive remark. I guess that is the root problems with me in my JC years. I was just too sensitive. I want to get out of this recurring cycle!
I believe there are many barriers to relating people. I trust that the course would bring such barriers to light. I want to learn and avoid these barriers when relating to people. I never want to be misunderstood again.
I want Christ-likeness to be seen in me when I relate to schoolmates, people of authority, church mates, children, parents, future boss, strangers etc. The list can go on and on. I want to be a good testimony in my words.

Indeed, the course had (more or less) met all my expectations amazingly and I thank God for it! I learnt that people skills encompasses Understanding yourself, Understanding others and Developing your versatility. I learnt the importance of these 3 elements. I learn how to give and receive feedback. Always give feedback with your heart (in love), and receive feedback with your mind (logic information). I truly enjoyed the course. Thank you, Diana! She is a GREAT trainer and I had invited her to read this. I believed very strongly my destiny in Christ is to overcome offending people, being too sensitive, being misunderstood and barriers to show Christ-likeness in my words. Amen! I claim all the promises in Jesus' name!

Next blessing on this list is from a book titled "He came to set the captives free" by author Rebecca Brown. For reader with a weak heart, please skip this and the next 3 paragraphs to come. Begin at the paragraph that starts: "Yet another blessing is..." It is a true account of a 17 year experienced witch in US being saved by Christ Jesus. She wanted to kill the author who is a doctor and a great Christian served the Lord (by saving lives) in a local hospital there. In the titanic life and death struggle, Dr Brown nearly lost her precious life. Thank God that soon enough, the witch find power and love in Christ that is very much greater than anything Satan could offer. The account ended with the ex-witch being totally committed to Christ Jesus. Amen!

I believe this is true though it sounded like a fairy tale about witches. Witchcraft is getting more and more power in numbers these days! It is real and proven statement. They operate under-table literally, so they seemed not in existent. But they are and if you deny, I got nothing to say but advise you to be careful. In Singapore, I have a friend telling me she (not a Christian yet) had been cursed by evil spirits. The curse was lifted upon much prayers to a foreign god. I am not spinning tales. It is a fact.

Back to the content of this book... This book is rather detail in the description of how witches operate secretly and use the word "church" to serve as their place of worshiping Satan. It is shocking of how a once-human being can be so cruel when she became a witch. The details made it a chilling book to read. It give us facts to recognise Satanists who regularly infiltrate and destroy Christian church with their curses, how to combat them through prayers etc and how to recognise those serving Satan and leading them to Christ.

I prayed hard that God will speak to me through this book and that He will cover up the parts in the book that is not good for me. Also, I prayed for protection against the work of the evil one in attempt to stop me from knowing about witches and how to combat them. I prayed that the blood of Jesus will cover me from head to toes. I command, in JESUS' name that all evil spirits attack to be powerless and ineffective. Amen!

Yet another blessing is an important article in this webby (http://www.gospelcom.net/rbc/ds/q0718/index.shtml). I am calling all Christians who had a hard time keeping to the Quiet Time daily to read this article and be bless! Quiet Time, by the way to those who don't know, is a time Christian are expected to communicate with God in reading the Bible and praying. This is a important time spend to know God's instruction and hear Him telling us about His love and what He is doing to the world in this turmoil world. We will definitely be blessed through communicating with Christ. At least that is what we as a insignificant (to the world but precious to God) young Christian believe!

Last but not least on the list... Infinite Thanks to God for the successful Alpha launch. I am quite sure that we had a record broken. We had a total of 17 people for the launch. We went for High Tea at Merchant Court Hotel.

I thank God for His strength when He so graciously helped me in my speech "Why come for Alpha?". I was trembling and it was obvious from my voice. But thank God no awkward pauses and forgetting of points to cover. God, thank you for answering my many 1 hour prayers. Thank you for honouring the cell group's prayer as You always do. I am so touched by Your grace and mercy that no word(s) indeed can express in full capacity my gratitude.

I shared to my 3 church mates (Milo, Sharon and Alvin) until I was almost flooding my house. I almost burst my tears out to flood the house. Ha ha, that was just some exaggeration but I indeed teared. I am glad that my testimony was encouraging. I prayed that their launch on 17 May (Sat) would be as blessed and as successful. In Jesus' name, I claim this requests for them! Amen!

Thank many millions, God for the 4 long long long showers of Your blessing!
